Glyndebourne is currently seeking a Technical and Production Director to join its team. This leadership position involves strategic and operational oversight of a diverse range of productions, including large-scale operas and co-productions. The role requires collaboration with Glyndebourne’s Executive Team to support overall strategic objectives and maintain high standards of management across technical and production departments.

Candidates should possess extensive experience in large-scale production management, particularly in repertory theatre or opera, and have strong skills in team leadership, technical theatre, budget management, and health and safety compliance. The role also involves union negotiations and engagement with international creative teams.

This position is full-time and based largely on-site at Glyndebourne. The role includes evening and weekend commitments, aligning with the performance schedule.
