Guildhall School of Music & Drama is seeking a Lead Administrator for Guildhall Young Artists Taunton.

Guildhall Young Artists Taunton is an arts centre in Somerset offering a range of classes and performance opportunities for 4 to 18-year old’s in music and drama.

Guildhall is seeking a dynamic, organised, and efficient freelancer with a track record in office management and direct experience of working with children and young people from diverse backgrounds to work at the heart of the organisation.

The post-holder will play a pivotal administrative and pastoral role. They will offer high quality administrative support by building effective systems, processes and relationships with students, parents/carers, teachers, schools and a range of external organisations. They will also offer sensitive and professional in-person pastoral support to students and the teaching team at the centre on Saturdays.
