The Royal Ballet is inviting applications for the position of Associate Pianist. This role, reporting to the Head of Music, is crucial for providing piano accompaniment for professional ballet classes and rehearsals. The successful candidate will have the opportunity for further coaching and professional development within the Music Department. This fixed-term contract spans 9 months, from September 2024 to May 2025, aligning with the main ballet season.

Candidates should possess a high level of musicianship, with a strong understanding of the dance-music relationship. Experience in playing for professional ballet or the demonstrated potential to quickly acquire these skills is essential.
