New 500-Seat Venue in Dublin: City Council Seeking Input from Artists and Promoters

Deadline for completing the survey is 22 May.

Dublin City Council Arts Office has launched a survey to collect feedback on a proposed new 500-seat venue and arts space in the city centre.

As part of the Council’s development plan for 2022–28, it has commissioned a feasibility study on a new performing arts space. The Arts Office is now seeking contributions from artists and promoters to provide feedback on the idea.

The survey takes 10–15 minutes to complete and contains questions on the need for a venue, design and financial considerations, and artistic and programming ideas around art forms, community outreach events, education programmes and more. The deadline for completing the survey is 22 May.
