Open House is a small independent charity, that aims to transform people and places through arts and cultural activity. Based in the seaside town (recently designated city) of Bangor, Northern Ireland, it is spearheading a grassroots movement for arts led regeneration with its annual festival, year round programme of events, and a brand new dedicated music and arts venue in the restored Court House on Bangor seafront.

We are looking for an exceptional individual to run the bar function in our exciting new venue. You will lead the Court House bar team with flair and vision to support a year-round programme of music, arts and cultural events, operating under a theatre licence for alcohol. You will help us to develop an outstanding reputation for our new venue and contribute to the regeneration of Bangor city centre and seafront.
