Now Recruiting: Musicians for Health & Harmony

Friday, 15 October 2021, 10.00am

The National Concert Hall presents Music for Dementia as part of our Learning & Participation programme. The NCH Learning & Participation programme seeks to engage people with music, to enhance people’s understanding and appreciation of music and music making, and to encourage personal, community and social development through music.

This call is open to compile a panel of musicians for our community music programme Health & Harmony, which brings interactive music performances to dementia day care and respite centres throughout Ireland.

Musicians from all counties are invited to apply. In particular we seek to expand our Health & Harmony programme in the counties of Clare, Tipperary, Limerick, Cork, Waterford, and Kerry. This expansion of our Health & Harmony programme is supported by the Rethink Ireland Ignite Midwest Fund and Tomar Trust.

Applicants are welcome to apply as individuals, or as a team (singer and accompanist).
