Cruit Éireann | Harp Ireland (CÉHI) was established in 2016 and is the all-island resource organisation whose mission is to support and promote the harp as our national instrument. Is eagras uile-Éireann agus dhátheangach muid, agus cuirimid réimse leathan tacaíochtaí agus seirbhísí ar fáil d’ealaíontóirí agus don phobal anseo in Éirinn agus ar fud an domhain. We work to gain recognition for the unique status of the harp, secure its sustainability and embrace the diverse and inclusive contemporary expressions of our 1000-year-old harp tradition.

The Role
Have you an interest in the Irish harp, some knowledge of the traditional music landscape and proficiency in written and spoken Irish? We want to work with a dynamic, forward thinking individual to support the planning and delivery of our Communications strategy 2023/2024, and our busy calendar of events including Harp Day/Lá Na Cruite 2023. This is a part-time role. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in Irish traditional music and culture with a primary degree or previous study experience in a relevant discipline, and experience of communications, event management and social media.
