NIGHT MOVES at McHughs | The DSM IV support from I Dreamed, I Dream

Saturday, 6 April 2024, 10.00pm

Another Nightmoves exclusive, with THE DSM IV, one of the most electrifying live bands in the UK at the moment! Supporting both Sleaford Mods & The Libertines across their French & European tours respectively, offered them a chance to hone their craft, spread their wings & bring their mesmeric performances to audiences, that responded with rabid enthusiasm. Supported by Big Moon Records.

Headed by ex ‘80s Matchbox B -Line Disaster’s‘ Guy McKnight and playing incendiary shows with their own unique & inimitable cocktail of visceral music – electro beats, poetic rock n roll guitars, uncompromising storytelling & performance- woven into new anthems for those who love the real thing. If New Order, Pulp, Nick Cave & David Cronenberg formed a band , you would have the DSM.

Support from I Dreamed, I Dream a genre-blending five-piece band from Cork. They are influenced by everything ranging from shoegaze and dreampop to classic girl groups, noisy post-punk and sean-nós. IDID’s first EP, Why Say A Lot?, was released in October to much acclaim.
