The Carole Nelson Trio brings pianist and composer Nelson together with one of Ireland’s most accomplished rhythm sections – Cormac O’Brien on bass and Dominic Mullan on drums.

They announced their arrival in 2017 with a debut album One Day in Winter, and followed this with Arboreal – which was named one of The Irish Times top ten releases of 2020, and also made All About Jazz’s Best of listings for that year.

Carole Nelson first made her name on the Irish music scenein the 1990s as one half of the jazz art pop combo Zrazy.
