Age & Opportunity is inviting tenders for the role of facilitator for the Artists Care Exchange (ACE) initiative, set to run from September to December 2024. The ACE programme is designed to enhance artists’ understanding of working with older people in care settings, fostering connections among artists and offering mentorship opportunities.

The facilitator will be responsible for planning, managing, and hosting seven sessions (four online and two in person), focusing on arts and ageing in care. This includes arranging expert speakers, coordinating mentorship pairings, and overseeing all aspects of the initiative under the guidance of the Arts Programme Manager.

Applicants are asked to submit a 700-word proposal detailing their approach to the initiative, a one-page CV, a current Tax Clearance Certificate, and any additional relevant information. The role requires effective coordination and communication skills, and the ability to manage the programme within the set budget.
