Communication Officer (Internal Communication Specialism)

Salary: £26,200 per annum, plus excellent benefits

Contract: Permanent, working 35 hours per week.

Arts Council England are recruiting for a Communication Officer to join their national Advocacy and Communication team, based in Manchester.

The successful candidate will have experience in devising and delivering strategic internal communication campaigns across a variety of mediums that resonate with staff across an organisation of a similar size or scope to the Arts Council.

The successful candidate should also have experience of:

– Developing and hosting content on intranet systems - Sharepoint most desirable.
– Applying creative and engaging solutions to internal communication challenges, for example leadership communication, or working closely with internal stakeholders such as HR or IT.
– Working in an interconnected structure, supporting other communication colleagues and delivering other work where needed - developing publications, AV and social media content, and executing CRM campaigns. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics desirable.
