Salary: £21,930 per annum, plus excellent benefits

Contract: Fixed term for 6 months (maternity cover), working 35 hours per week

An opportunity to gain valuable administrative experience in a fixed term role supporting the busy national quality evaluation team at Arts Council England.

Responsibilities will include diary management for the programme, coordinating and scheduling artistic and quality assessments across the national portfolio with external assessors, quality assuring artistic and quality assessments, data analysis work using excel, reporting on programme statistics, arranging internal and external meetings, minute taking, regular communication by email and phone with a range of stakeholders and raising purchase orders for regular payments.

The post holder must be adaptable, have excellent Microsoft excel and word experience, be well organised and hold strong communication skills.
