Instrumental Teaching Staff

Instrumental Teaching Staff

Tuesday, 30 May 2017, 5.00pm

Temple Carrig School is a new co-educational secondary school under Church of Ireland patronage which opened in 2014 in Greystones, Co Wicklow.

Applications are invited for part-time music teaching positions in the following instruments starting in September 2017:     Brass   Woodwind  Drums   Guitar   Piano   Violin    Voice

The School is still in its relative infancy. It has taken in a new group of First Year students every year so that in September we will still only have four year groups and our first ever Transition Year. As such, these positions represent a unique opportunity for instrumental teachers to establish themselves in the School as it grows, with genuine chances of achieving a long-term career here.

The hours will be subject to demand for each instrument. Typically, the most popular instruments will require one, two or even more days of tuition, while the less popular instruments may only require half a day. However, classes will be timetabled to make it as convenient as possible for part-time teachers to balance this with other commitments.

To apply, please email CV and covering letter of application to teachingjobs [at] templecarrigschool.ie

NB: no deadline specified
