Culture Night in Munster

Culture Night in Munster takes in a diversity of events, from a candlelit drumming circle to music for soprano, recorder and guitar from seventeenth-century Ireland.

Culture Night takes place for the seventh time in Ireland on Friday, 21 September, with events all across the island. See here for more a general overview of the event, which attracted over 300,000 people last year. Over the next few days we’ll be making some selections of the music events that catch our attention. We’re taking the events province by province, with Dublin securing an honorary provincial title due to the number of event taking place in the capital. This time we’re heading south, with a selection of music events happening in Munster.
