Tik Tok is hiring a Communications Specialist to join the team in Dublin.

Responsibilities
1.Work closely with the local leadership to develop and deliver creative, engaging and impactful communication content for a regional audience, tied to the global and regional priorities, including intranet management, newsletter and video production.
2.Design and implement internal campaigns and events to boost engagement and increase awareness on organizational culture, including All Hands meetings, CSR events, and employee wellness programs.
3.Collaborate with OC team to promote global and regional related communication initiatives.
4.Act as a trusted business partner in terms of internal communication and employee engagement.
5.Identify and capture regional communication opportunities and leverage resources with Global OC team to provide innovative solutions.
6.Continually innovate communication through best practice (content, formats, channels).
7.Actively source, measure and present employee feedback to local leader team and global OC team in order to adjust overall communication for impact and employee engagement.

Qualifications
1.English is either your native language or you have excellent English writing and editing skills, College.
2.At least 2 years experience in internal communications /marketing/HR or graduates majored in journalism/marketing/brand management/administration management or related domains.
3.Preferably in a fast moving, global industry or start-up company.
4.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail fundamental.
5.Excellent interpersonal skills, combining the ability to build effective networks of relations within the business is key.
6.Ability to multi-task, working on multiple projects with minimal supervision, and to tight deadlines crucial.
7.Strong organizational and project management skills.
8.Innovative and always willing to learn.
