Damien, Jason & Lorna McGuinness are an exceptional family of musicians who hail from Dromore West in West Sligo. Steeped in the wonderful tradition of Sligo music, Jason was the winner of 2016 Fiddler of Dooney competition, one of the most prestigious fiddle competitions. Teaming up with Damien (button accordion), both brothers were winners of the 2019 All-Ireland Fleadh Duet competition, and along with sister Lorna (flute) were part of the All-Ireland winning Tireragh Senior Grúpa Ceoil in the same year.
