The Faculty of Music at the University of Oxford is looking to appoint a new Performance Co-ordinator to join its busy administrative team.

The Performance Co-ordinator plays a key role in the Faculty, co-ordinating and ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the Faculty’s performance activities, which include workshops, concerts and events, as well as a particular focus on activities for on-course students, from admissions to examination.

This is a varied post which supports the wide range of performance activities in the Faculty, working as a member of the Faculty’s Events team and in close consultation with the Director of Performance. This role involves liaising with students, administrative staff and academics on a daily basis, as well as musicians and the general public.

Applicants should have excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a knowledge of music and understanding of performers’ needs across a variety of genres.
