Factory International is the organisation behind Manchester International Festival (MIF) and the new cultural space, Aviva Studios, which opens its doors in 2023.

Factory International, based at Aviva Studios in Manchester, seeks a Young People Programme Manager. This 12-month fixed-term role involves developing and managing learning programmes targeted at young people aged 0 to 30, with a particular emphasis on those from underrepresented backgrounds.

The successful candidate will design and deliver transformative programmes that incorporate mental health, wellbeing, and social/emotional learning. Responsibilities also include managing strategic partnerships, curating artistic productions, and fostering relationships with educational and informal education providers across the North of England.

Candidates should possess experience in programme development, creative project delivery, and stakeholder management, along with a strong understanding of youth mental health and wellbeing.

The application deadline is 31 May 2024, with interviews scheduled for early June. The salary ranges from £30,000 to £33,000 per annum, depending on experience.
