!We're hiring! - Thrive Head of Sector Development

We are looking for a new Head of Sector Development.

This is a senior role within the organisation and we are seeking an individual with proven experience of, and a passion for, the arts and heritage sectors in Northern Ireland who will lead on delivering change across the country. You will be a strategically focused person who can identify opportunities and manage a team. You will be comfortable building and growing relationships with individuals and organisations at local national and international level. You will have a good understanding of current audience development practice and policy to ensure that thrive continue to deliver on these sector needs.

You understand the challenges of the cultural sector and are passionate about helping others to make a difference.
You are a curious person, keen to gather information both for thrive and others in the sector.
You are comfortable representing thrive in different arenas and help to raise awareness of our research and wider offer.
The details
The salary scale for this role is £29,750 to £40,000 per annum.

You will work 37.5 hours per week and will be office-based for at least 3 days.
