CCA (Centre for Contemporary Arts) in Derry-Londonderry is currently looking to hire a Researcher for their Supports programme. The two-year development programme aims to provide support for emerging artistic practice. It offers a combination of short training courses, mentoring, crits, surgeries, feedback, and more throughout 2023–24. Tey will work closely with the CCA Director to agree on milestones and produce outcomes such as an external report for the sector, a draft strategy for CCA’s future work supporting emerging practice, and interim reports.
The Researcher will be compensated with a salary of £1500 for a total of 60 hours of research conducted throughout 2023–24. The duration of the post is until July 31, 2024, with an initial probationary period of three months.
