Bradford Producing Hub is seeking a fantastic administrator who is self-motivated with a really positive ‘can do’ attitude to come and join our team. The Arts Administrator will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of all aspects of Bradford Producing Hub’s programme of work, including our training courses, grants and financial processes.

The Arts Administrator will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of all aspects of Bradford Producing Hub’s programme of work. The post will work with the Director, Marketing and Communications Officer and the wider team to effectively administrate the project.

The post will be responsible for day to day administrative process with a wide range of duties; being the first point of call for the project, both in the office and at events; helping to ensure all projects are well planned and prepared for; ensuring excellent record keeping; supporting the smooth running of events through booking rooms, travel and accommodation, helping to run box office or sign in systems; assisting the Director to prepare paperwork for Consortium meetings and reports to funders; supporting all effective communications and promotion of the project.

Terms: Grade 4 £20,130 PAYE, full time.
Employed for Bradford Producing Hub, by University of Bradford.
Contract runs to October 2022.
