Orchestra of the Swan seeks a Development Manager.
This is a key role in the organisation, providing support directly to the Managing Director. Though the primary function of the role is to raise funds from charitable foundations, sponsorship and donations, the successful candidate will also be expected to provide support for other office activities and to meet and greet people at orchestra events.
The successful candidate will be engaged with a 6-month probation period, during which it would be expected that they will have raised at least the equivalent to the cost of their 6-month employment.
37.5 per week; this is a full-time opportunity, but a freelance contract of between 22.5 and 37.5 will be considered for the right postholder
Salary: Up to £30k pro-rata according to experience.
