An afternoon of folk, old-time and bluegrass with The Frockens

An afternoon of folk, old-time and bluegrass with The Frockens

Saturday, 11 May 2024, 3.00pm

The Frockens (Ben Scott - guitar, flute, vocals) and Conor Doyle (mandolin, fiddle and vocals) blend Irish, Australian and American folk styles to tell stories ranging in time and space from convict-era Sydney, to the wilds of the Antarctic, to the taxi-queues of recession-era Dublin. They also have a grá for singing ballads and playing traditional tunes. The Frockens recently launched their debut album 'Old Willow Tree' to a packed house in Templeogue, Dublin.

Admission to this event is free, but booking is essential.
