Factory International is the organisation behind Manchester International Festival (MIF) and the new cultural space, Aviva Studios, which opens its doors in 2023.

Factory International, located at Aviva Studios in Manchester, is recruiting for a full-time Community Engagement Assistant. This 12-month fixed-term position involves supporting the delivery of the Neighbourhood Organiser Programme and the Community Partnerships Programme. The role focuses on enhancing community engagement by collaborating with local communities to increase access to arts and culture.

Responsibilities include assisting with event planning and execution, managing administrative tasks, liaising with partners, and maintaining communication across departments. The candidate will utilise various organisational systems and tools, with training provided for specific platforms.
