WHISTLEBLAST QUARTET COMPOSITION PROGRAMME 2024: TURN IT AROUND
The quartet is delighted to return to schools and youth orchestras nationwide. Multiple participants will join WhistleBlast in composing a brand new 2024 work through a number of workshops culminating in final performances in local venues, with a finale performance, which will include up to 200 participating students. Each participating group and other school students will also have an opportunity to enjoy multiple WhistleBlast live and innovative multimedia performances in their own locations: Tralee, Mayo, Dublin, Galway, Limerick and Athenry.
The first free finale concert will take place in Siamsa Tíre on April 23 at 1pm, and will include students from Mercy Mounthawk and St Ita’s performing their own composition Turn it Around! Plus, WhistleBlast’s own live accessible repertoire for all! Come along and support your local community.
