The Chineke! Foundation is seeking a Development Director. This is a full-time role with a salary range of £45,000 to £49,000, requiring a skilled individual with a solid record in fundraising. The Director will be pivotal in acquiring funds from various sources, including trusts, foundations, public bodies, corporate sponsors, and individuals.

Applicants must have substantial experience in fundraising and stakeholder management, familiarity with fundraising databases, and the ability to manage and report on major grants. They should possess exceptional communication, networking skills, and a commitment to advancing diversity in the arts. The role involves a balance of work from home, Chineke! office at Woolwich Works, and various project venues. The position offers a six-month probationary period with a one-month notice and subsequent two months’ notice.
