The Barbican Centre in London is seeking a Partnerships and Planning Manager to join their Music Department. This permanent, full-time role offers a salary range of £41,360–£46,050 per annum, inclusive of Inner London Weighting, depending on skills and experience.

The successful candidate will work under the Artist Hires & Planning Manager to develop, negotiate, and implement the Barbican’s artistic rental programme. Key responsibilities include nurturing relationships with partner organisations, maintaining the Barbican’s reputation, and collaborating with marketing teams to maximise sales.

Essential requirements include extensive knowledge of the music industry, experience in an arts venue or festival at a managerial level, and proficiency in budget management. Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills are also necessary.
