Founded in 2001 by world-renowned pianist Barry Douglas, the Clandeboye Festival takes place every August in the historic surroundings of the Clandeboye Estate, Co. Down.

This year, the Festival will take place from 19-26th August, with 13 concerts featuring internationally renowned guest soloists and showcasing the very best of local talent. Along with performances of much-loved music by Mozart, Beethoven and Schubert, this year’s festival will celebrate the life of Polish composer Penderecki, who would have been 90 this year, as well as paying tribute to the late Lady Dufferin, whose legacy lives on in the continued success of the Festival. There are two opportunities to hear all-island orchestra Camerata Ireland as they start their 25th anniversary celebrations, a Young Musicians Showcase featuring this year’s participants in this year’s Camerata Ireland Academy, and a family concert for the young and young at heart.

Join us at the Clandeboye Festival this year and experience world-class music in a unique and intimate setting!
