The distinguished Cork-based chamber choir, MusiCórum (conductor Geoffrey Spratt), will give the first performances in Ireland of works by Catalan composer Bernt Vivancos. His "Welcome" will be followed by guest guitarist Colin McLean playing works by Tárrega, Albeniz, and Solés, and the programme will conclude with Vivancos' "Messe aux sons des cloches" for mixed-voice choir, tubular bells and tam-tams. The sonic experience of five percussionists being spread north, south, east and west of the choir is going to be something not to be missed!
