Factory International is hiring a Duty Manager at Aviva Studios, Manchester, with a focus on delivering excellent visitor experiences. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed term role offering a salary of £28,000 per annum. The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations, event management, and front of house activities, ensuring safety and quality of service.

Responsibilities include risk management, crowd control, incident response, and collaboration with various teams to enhance visitor engagement. Candidates should have strong leadership and communication skills, and be adept at managing diverse teams and situations.
