We realise that not everyone can attend the Events in Scartaglin that are taking place from May 11 to May 18 which are
honouring Co Kerry fiddle legend Denis Murphy 50 years after his death.Many of his relatives are living in the USA and they
would love to be part of the Events. Also many Sliabh Luachra musicians and Irish Traditional Music fans are scattered everywhere
from Sydney to Timbuktu.
The Handed Down Sliabh Luachra Archives have produced a Video Film which features fiddle tributes from Gneeveguilla linked
fiddle players and great interviews with people who met and played with Denis Murphy.
No matter where you live you will find this very enjoyable and maybe Irish fiddlers will get mind to travel to Scartaglin on May 17/18
