Northern Ireland Opera invites applications for the 14th Glenarm Festival of Voice, comprising a Vocal Competition and the Peter Rankin Pianist Internship, scheduled from 22nd to 25th August 2024. Applications close at 6 p.m. on 24th May 2024.

The Vocal Competition is open to singers aged 18-28 from Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland, currently studying voice. The winner of the Deborah Voigt Opera Prize will receive £2500, with additional prizes for audience choice and song performance. Submissions should include two arias in different languages and a song by an Irish composer, alongside a current CV. Entries via email or post are accepted in CD or MP3 format.

The Peter Rankin Pianist Internship is seeking pianists aged 18-28, studying music and aiming for a music career, offering £300 and professional development opportunities. Applicants must provide a CV and a cover letter.
