The BA (Hons) Creative / Professional Musicianship Course Leader will be a highly experienced, dynamic practitioner with a strong background in music education.  

Course Leaders are responsible for the day-to-day operational management of their course(s), leading on curriculum delivery, curriculum design and learning and teaching.  You will work closely with the Head of Education, Head of Academic Studies, and the Heads of Department to ensure that the BIMM Ethos and Education Strategy are implemented consistently and effectively across the courses.  Course Leaders must have a strong background as practitioners and educators, and have the breadth of skills and experience required to ensure quality and excellence in all aspects of their course’s performance.
