Baritone Gavan Ring  takes a break from his busy international operatic schedule to present a song recital  at the opening of the second half of the 75th season of  the Waterford-Music recital series. He will be accompanied  by Aoife O Sullivan on piano. In addition to arias by Rossini, Verdi and Korngold, lieder by Schubert and popular Irish songs, the programme includes a setting of Yeats’ poem, Never Give All the Heart by Marian Igoldsby. The recital is presented in memory of  Elizabeth Downey.
