Music Generation Clare, part of Music Generation, Irelands’ national music education programme announces a very exciting opportunity for secondary school students.  January 17th 2016 marks the commencement of rehearsals for the inaugural County Clare Trazz Experience, where traditional music will be fused with elements of jazz, for a truly unique sound. 

Expressions of interest are currently being accepted from secondary school students of all instruments, all genres to play in a large ensemble music experience. 

Rehearsals will take place on ten Sunday mornings, 10a.m.-1p.m. in An Teach Ceoil, Sraid an Teampaill, Ennistymon, the schedule of which is as follows:

January 17th, 24th,
February 7th and 21st,
March 6th and 13th,
April 10th and 24th,
May 8th and 22nd with an exciting performance following the last rehearsal.

All interested candidates need to be able to read music.
