Dublin Fringe Festival is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator for the 2024 festival. This role involves recruiting, managing, and empowering volunteers and front of house staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional audience experiences throughout the festival.

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling, training, maintaining communication with all stakeholders, and adhering to health and safety standards. Applicants should possess experience in volunteer coordination or team management, excellent organisational skills, and strong communication abilities. Experience in front of house operations and team supervision is advantageous.
