Julie Feeney Premieres Video on USA Today
Julie Feeney premiered a new video for her song ‘Dear John’ on the website of USA Today this week. Feeney is launching her album Clocks in the Unites States shortly, following an Irish release last Autumn.
Produced by Epic Productions in Cork, the video features a praxinoscope bicycle built by the visual artist Emily Robin Archer. Irish radio listeners might notice a cameo appearance from a well-known Irish presenter for a few seconds during the video.
The official launch of Clocks will take place at Joe’s Pub at the Public Theater, New York, on 12 June, with a showcase of the album in Los Angeles on 9 June.
Feeney has also announced a concert with the RTÉ Concert Orchestra at the National Concert Hall on 9 August, featuring new orchestrations of Feeney’s songs.
