Polyarts, a HarrisonParrott associated company, is recruiting a full-time Senior Manager/Associate Director to join its London-based team.

The role involves overseeing large-scale music productions, developing new commercial and symphonic projects, and contributing to strategic business growth. Applicants should have extensive experience in artist and production management, contract negotiation, budgeting, and delivering live music events. Knowledge of global orchestras, venues and promoters across the classical and commercial sectors is required. The role may be based at Somerset House (hybrid) or worked remotely. Salary is £50,000–£60,000 with potential performance-based bonus. Travel to international industry events is required 3–4 times per year.
