Musician Educators, Music Generation Cavan/Monaghan

Cavan and Monaghan Education and Training Board (CMETB) invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons to be placed on a panel for part-time musicians/musician educators for the following Music Generation Cavan/Monaghan areas of interest:

a. Traditional Irish Music (all instruments)
b. Harp (Traditional and Classical styles)
c. Rock, Pop, Country & Folk Instruments
d. Vocal (all genres)
e. Drums/Percussion

Musician Educators will work with children and young people in group contexts and may work on one or more programmes at any given time, delivering tuition at more than one location.

Music Generation, Ireland’s national music education programme, is co-funded by U2, The Ireland Funds, the Department of Education, and Local Music Education Partnerships. Locally, Music Generation Cavan/Monaghan is led by Cavan and Monaghan Education and Training Board (CMETB) with support from Cavan County Council and Monaghan County Council.
