Audience and Insight Executive

Audience and Insight Executive

Friday, 10 April 2020, 12.00pm

Sound and Music has begun to establish a strong position within the new music sector in its understanding and innovative use of data and insight to lead and influence national change. The organisation has ambitious plans to continue to grow this area of work.

The Audience and Insight Executive role is an essential and dynamic post within Sound and Music’s core team, leading internal improvements and processes; reporting on the impact of our work, creating data and insight-driven national campaigns and initiatives, and supporting the successful delivery of the organisation’s Audience Engagement Programme.

The successful candidate will be passionately driven by data, new developments in digital technologies and marketing trends. You will care deeply about understanding audiences, have a strong awareness of data policy and best practice, and have expertise in developing and implementing new insight capture and analysis methods.

You will be excited by the communication and change-making possibilities of data, be able to draw out powerful narratives, present and disseminate this information clearly and in accessible ways (both internally and externally), and have an awareness of contemporary approaches to design and data visualisation.

This is a flexible and evolving role, which will require the holder to be engaged in and sometimes take leadership of multiple projects across different strands of Sound and Music’s work.
