The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff is seeking to appoint an Executive Officer to support the College’s Principal during a key phase of strategic development. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary between £27,979 and £32,332.
Responsibilities include providing high-level assistance to the Principal, acting as Secretary for Senior Management Team meetings, and facilitating communication between various internal and external stakeholders. The position demands effective communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in maintaining constructive relationships.
The Executive Officer will also be a point of contact for VIPs and the College Board, supporting the Senior Management Team’s collaborative work, project delivery, strategic initiatives, and working closely with Administration Managers and business support functions.
