Director of Artistic Planning
The Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra is seeking a Director of Artistic Planning. This position is responsible for the design and implementation of the orchestra’s artistic programme for all concerts and projects, including education and outreach activities, engagement of visiting conductors and soloists, and management of budgets and artistic administration.
The successful candidate should have a deep knowledge of orchestral repertoire, senior management experience in a symphony orchestra, an international network of artists and industry contacts, and proven ability in contract negotiations, budget planning and implementation. Excellent command of spoken and written English, and Chinese is an advantage.
