
HR Business Partner (NSO)
The National Concert Hall (NCH) is seeking suitable applicants for the role of HR Business Partner for the National Symphony Orchestra (NSO).
In this role, the HR Business Partner (NSO) will be responsible, in conjunction with the Head of HR for providing professional support, leadership and assistance in the management of Human Resources/Employee Relations in the NSO. This role will assist in the delivery of an effective HR function in a timely and efficient manner.
The HR Business Partner (NSO) will play a lead role in the development of progressive HR policies and practices and introduce innovations as appropriate. Additionally, they will oversee the effective implementation of all HR and relevant organisational policies.
The successful candidate will participate in regular meetings with managers, staff and relevant external service providers to assist the HR Team in delivering on NCH strategic goals and objectives.
The candidate will support and guide managers with solid advice on employment legislation, HR best practice, and industrial/ employee relations. The candidate will also empower managers through mentoring, coaching and providing access to continuous professional development for mangers and staff teams and promote a culture of respect, inclusion, collaboration and excellence in the workplace.
