BBC Singers is recruiting a Tenor.

You will be required to rehearse and perform, both as part of the ensemble and solo when required. This includes evening and weekend work as well as travelling throughout the UK and touring. You’ll maintain the highest standard of professional singing, musical and artistic excellence required by the BBC Singers. You will also develop and support positive working relationships with all other members of the BBC Singers team, especially your section, and with freelance singers, conductors and musicians engaged by the BBC Singers. You’ll also engage in the general activities of the BBC Singers, such as attendance at meetings, promotional activity, outreach and learning work and to act as an ambassador for the BBC Singers at all times.

The Ideal Candidate:
You’ll need to have excellent professional choral and solo singing abilities and knowledge of the range of repertoire of the BBC Singers. You will also need to have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team. You will be required to demonstrate a high commitment to maintain the reputation and standard of the BBC Singers and have respect for others by being ready to perform at the start of every session.
