The Learning & Participation (L&P) Executive provides key support to L&P Manager and Head of L&P and plays an important role in both the development and delivery of the expanding L&P programme.

Working as part of the L&P team, the L&P Executive role includes departmental administration, project and event management, and departmental planning. The L&P Executive supports the L&P functions within NCH to contribute to organisational targets and to implement the NCH’s L&P activity.

This role will focus on L&P projects in the Music Students and Musicians work stream, though duties in other work streams may also be assigned as required. The role will also carry substantial administrative duties.
