Music Therapy Works (MTW) in Worcester, England, is hiring a Chief Executive Officer.

Reporting to an established Board of Trustees, this leadership position provides an opportunity to further develop and expand the pioneering work of MTW’s team of therapists.

Fostering connections and partnerships with existing and new purchasers, you will be an active part of promoting MTW’s service and securing funding through bid-writing and grant applications.

The MTW Chief Executive has four key accountabilities:
• delivery of our mission and strategic objectives;
• financial control;
• managing and shaping our successful and happy team; and
• the wellbeing and performance of the charity.

The ideal candidate:
A motivated and highly capable candidate able to develop and deliver clear vision, bringing energy, enthusiasm and wisdom to the role. You will have an eye for operational detail as well as the big picture, you will be able to think on your feet, and demonstrate very strong personal qualities of communication, public speaking, compassion, clarity of thought and resilience.
