BIMM Brighton is hiring a Course Leader – Music Business.

The Course Leader will:
● Manage, motivate and develop a team of Deputy Course Leaders (if Applicable) Lead Lecturers and teaching staff, ensuring they consistently deliver against their responsibilities.
● Recruit Deputy Course Leaders and teaching staff as required to join the team, with support from the Head of Education and People team, to ensure we identify talent using best practice and fair processes
● Ensure all Course materials, Module guides and Teaching materials are complete and available to support and guide Teaching staff
● Manage accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning for student recruitment
● Provide ongoing advice and support students in their studies
● Have 5-10 years relevant industry experience
