Scottish Opera is hiring a Trust Fundraising Manager.

The role will be responsible for securing significant annual income for Scottish Opera from existing and new trusts. The Trust Fundraising Manager will develop strong, positive relationships with Trustees, Trust Advisors and other Donors and will work with Fundraising colleagues to strengthen connections with Trust and other Funders.

An ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years’ professional experience in Trust Fundraising and have a track record of generating substantial income from this source. We are open to considering and discussing other experience of using written communications to influence defined outcomes.

In order to succeed in this role, you will possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Good knowledge of Trust Fundraising best practice would be advantageous as would strong experience of research techniques and the ability to write well-structured applications.
