Fifty of Ireland’s finest young wind, brass, and percussion players take to the stage as part of the Irish Youth Wind Ensemble next Saturday, 30 July at 6:30 pm in O'Reilly Theatre, Belvedere, Dublin!
Taking inspiration from the natural world, ballet and dance, military motifs, Mediterranean islands and Japanese legend, this year’s repertoire presents works from renowned composers such as Gustav Holst, Rodger Cichy, Joseph Horowitz, José Alberto Pina, and Itaru Sakai.
The ensemble will be led by the talented conductor Ronan O’Reilly, Director of the Artane School of Music.
