The Cultural Spring arts organisation in Sunderland and South Tyneside, England, is recruiting an Audience Engagement Co-ordinator.

This will be a home-working role which will be reviewed in line with Government advice.

Specifically, they are looking for someone to:
– Create an audience development plan for the next year
– Manage and grow our social media presence using a range of platforms
– Contribute to the redevelopment of our website
– Manage the creation of our promotional material for online sessions / craft packs, our non-digital commission and other elements of our programme
– Exploring more ways to share our online content / sessions and opportunities to generate income through these

This role is currently being offered at five days per month, over a six month period. There will be opportunities to review this as time passes. There is the potential for this role to grow.
